Prescription Customization

We offer a custom prescription service at an additional cost. To place a prescription order:

1. Purchase your preferred frame from our store.

2. Send us your prescription via email or WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.

3. Our team will craft your lenses according to your exact specifications.

 Turnaround time for prescription lenses is 3–4 weeks.
 Prescription lenses can be applied to multiple frames for an additional cost.

Delivery

• Fashion frames (no prescription): Standard delivery within 14 days (2 weeks).

• Prescription glasses: Please allow 3–5 weeks production time before dispatch.

Warranty & Care

Each pair of glasses comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. In case of damage or breakage under warranty, a replacement or repair will be provided.

We recommend storing your eyewear in its case when not in use to maintain its longevity and durability.
