Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item. Please note that customised products are non-refundable unless faulty. Exchanges are possible, and any price differences can be settled easily through our secure payment system.

Customisation
Our customisation service is available on selected items, including watches, hair wigs, photo album magazines, and prescription or fashion glasses. If you would like a personalised product, please reach out to us before purchase so we can confirm design options and delivery timelines. These orders are crafted to your requirements and handled with special attention.

Laybuy Payment Option
For flexible payments, we offer a laybuy option. You can split your purchase into two payments within 60 days. The first payment secures your order, and the balance must be settled before dispatch. This gives you more freedom while still guaranteeing your item.

Special & Bulk Orders
We also welcome special orders, bulk orders, and sourcing requests. If you’re looking for something not listed on our website, or would like to place a larger order, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email. Our team will assist in sourcing or arranging products to match your needs.
